Korventra S.A., Tax ID (CUIT) 30-71789432-5, with legal address at Av. Corrientes 1234, 8th floor, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, is the controller of personal data collected through korventra.com.
2. Data we collect
We collect the name and email address you enter in the subscription form, browsing data through cookies (with your consent) and any information you voluntarily provide when contacting us.
3. Purpose
We use your data to inform you about new real estate crowdlending projects, participation conditions, educational content about real estate in Argentina and to comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal basis
The processing is based on your consent (Argentine Personal Data Protection Law 25.326) and on the legitimate interest of Korventra S.A. to operate the service.
5. Your rights
As the data subject you can exercise the rights of access, rectification, update and deletion by writing to privacy@korventra.com. The AAIP is the supervisory authority in Argentina.
6. Retention
We keep your data while you maintain an active subscription and for a maximum of 5 years after its termination, unless a longer legal retention obligation applies.
7. Transfers
We do not sell your data. We may share it with technology providers (hosting, email, analytics) acting on our behalf, in Argentina or in countries with an adequate level of protection.
